The Perth County Economic Development (PCED) office is pleased to assist you. Perth County is strategically located to serve the industrial, commercial and residential needs of the people of SouthWestern Ontario.  This region's strong economic generators contribute to our vibrant economy.

We recognize the importance of good investement decisions being made on the basis of sound information.  With that in mind, we are pleased to assist in whatever way we can to help you make the right investment choice. We offer industrial/business parks in various sizes and levels of services, from completely serviced to non-serviced.

Several major Provincial highways including Highways #23, #8, and #7 and Perth Line #86 make the area easily and quickly accessible.  The installation of high speed fiber optic cable allows for instant global communication.  These factors, combined with choice residential locations and the availability of quality education, health and social facilities, make the County a desirable location in which to live and do business.
